Shipping policy

At What We Leave, we work hard to ensure your kits arrive safely and on time so you can start preserving your memories.


1. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

  • During product launches, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Standard U.S. shipping generally takes 3–7 business days once shipped.

  • We currently ship only within the United States.


3. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


4. Shipping Delays

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

  • If your package appears lost, we’ll help you contact the carrier but cannot guarantee replacement for lost or stolen shipments.


5. Returns & Incorrect Addresses

  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

  • Returned or undeliverable packages may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.


6. International Shipping (if applicable)

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes determined by your local government.

  • These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Delivery times for international orders may vary and are not guaranteed.
