1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

During product launches, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Standard U.S. shipping generally takes 3–7 business days once shipped.

We currently ship only within the United States.
3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
4. Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

If your package appears lost, we’ll help you contact the carrier but cannot guarantee replacement for lost or stolen shipments.
5. Returns & Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Returned or undeliverable packages may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
