1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use our Services.
By using our site, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Products

We sell photography-based memory-keeping kits (“Kits”), which may include disposable cameras, prompt cards, albums, and other keepsake items.
Kits may be purchased as one-time products or as part of a quarterly subscription.

3. Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.
Payment is due at checkout using any of the accepted payment methods.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

4. Shipping & Returns

Shipping timelines are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.
Due to the nature of our Kits (which contain film and consumable goods), all sales are final unless items arrive damaged or defective.
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@whatweleave.com.
Film negatives are not provided to customers and are discarded during lab processing.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including but not limited to logos, images, product designs, and text — is the property of What We Leave.
No part of this content may be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without our written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments once transferred to the carrier.
We are not responsible for how you use the products (e.g., lost or undeveloped film).
If you do not return your disposable camera within 6 months from the purchase date, we are not responsible for any issues related to expired film.
No refunds will be issued if you fail to return your camera for developing and scanning.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [insert state].
You agree that any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of that state.
